Common Purpose has all the obscene ideas of Kontrol with a capital K that came out of its fore runner The Moral Majority.
You will note that the Common Purpose graduate Cressida Dick who organised the incompetent murder of Charles de Menenez by a Government hit squad is a fast track graduate!
That this obscene organisation is instrumental in Britain's destruction is provable and its communist base is tangible, as with its links interwoven with other mallign influences in our governance.
No there is not a death penalty for general 'treason' and in fact there is no crime of treason as such on the statute books. As a crime it has been repealed in peacetime.
Further Treason has always had a statute of limitation since the 1216 Magna Carta, the validity of which is now both questioned and questionable.
It was also always the case that there was the need for provenance of intent as a main plank of the provenance of treason even prior to its repeal.
That said I believe there is a case to answer both in terms of the charitable status of Common purpose and also on the grounds of corruption.

Common purpose would have a difficult job proving that what they teach is benefical to society.
Common Purpose is all about a clique of people who are deluded enough to suppose that they are superior to everyone else.
So they think they can tread on other people to get what they want. They blind themselves to what they know perfectly well is evil.
