The English language is weird. For someone to "need help", can't they need more diverse types of help, such as marketing and business development, a lawyer to advise on media law, an accountant to do all the income and expenditure. Why does "help" need to be about the psychiatric side of things. It is a moronic phrase. Having said that, I do not care about any of those facebook wars, and I have no idea who those people are.
