I have been relentlessly persecuted for raising the alarm about fostering and adoption services in the UK. One man I have complained about is Colin Tucker, the ex Director of Child Services in Birmingham. This man should not be involved in child protection and ought to have been properly investigated by police years ago, due to numerous complaints made about him. I am shocked to see that he is corrently a director of Europes largest children's social care department, and also director of his own fostering agency. All I can say is that its not a bit surprising to me that baby Preston was given to those two monsters.
