I HAVE CONTACTED EILEEN FAIRWEATHER AND GIVEN HER COPIES OF THESE DOCUMENTS

I have told Eileen Fairweather the freelance reporter all about disabled children including my son being taken to Drake Hall prison from the special school they attended for PE lessons.

She has contacted me before to ask me to remove certain comments, disinformation, posted anonymously about her, from this blog, which I have done, and apologised for them too, as its difficult for me to know who is telling the truth and who is lying, plus for quite a long time this blog was unmoderated, and comments were automatically posted without me necessarily seeing them, as at first I didn't know how to run a blog, I've had to learn things as I've gone along, we didn't do blogs on the CLAIT course I took in Stone when I first learned how to use a computer.

Eileen wanted me to keep quiet about this, but I can't do that, and I hope she can appreciate why, given my background and all the awful things that have happened. I know a lot of people from a lot of countries read this blog, good people and bad people, I hope the bad ones are shaking in their boots, and I pray for God to bless the good ones with wisdom and courage.

Anonymous Sources

Few ethical issues in journalism are more entangled with the law than the use of anonymous sources. Keep your promise not to identify a source of information and it’s possible to find yourself facing a grand jury, a judge and a jail cell. On the other hand, break your promise of confidentiality to that source and it’s just possible you might find yourself on the receiving end of a lawsuit.

Ethics Position Papers

Introduction/Index

— Using the SPJ Code
— Reporting on Grief, Tragedy and Victims
— Anonymous Sources
— Accountability
— Political Involvement
— Checkbook Journalism
— Plagiarism

Anonymous sources certainly have a checkered journalistic history. None is more famous and perhaps none was more important than Watergate’s “Deep Throat,” the FBI source who helped The Washington Post unravel the White House cover-up of the Watergate break-in. And perhaps none was more infamous than those Janet Cooke invented to concoct her fictitious Pulitzer Prize-winning story about a child heroin addict.

Anonymity is the name of the Washington game. Everyone seems to be an administration or congressional source or a law enforcement or military source. Politics and ego-stroking seem to dissolve everyone into “unnamed.” A New York Times columnist arguing about a published article with three senior White House aides even referred to President Obama as one of “four senior members of the administration” in a subsequent column.

Anonymous sources are sometimes the only key to unlocking that big story, throwing back the curtain on corruption, fulfilling the journalistic missions of watchdog on the government and informant to the citizens. But sometimes, anonymous sources are the road to the ethical swamp.

The SPJ Code of Ethics contains two pointed statements on anonymous sources:

1. Identify sources whenever feasible. The public is entitled to as much information as possible on sources' reliability.

The most important professional possession of journalists is credibility. If the news consumers don’t have faith that the stories they are reading or watching are accurate and fair, if they suspect information attributed to an anonymous source has been made up, then the journalists are as useful as a parka at the equator.

To protect their credibility and the credibility of their stories, reporters should use every possible avenue to confirm and attribute information before relying on unnamed sources. If the only way to publish a story that is of importance to the audience is to use anonymous sources, the reporter owes it to the readers to identify the source as clearly as possible without pointing a figure at the person who has been granted anonymity. If the investigating police officer confirms John Doe has been arrested, the officer is a “source in the police department” and not even a pronoun should point to the gender.

2. Always question sources’ motives before promising anonymity. Clarify conditions attached to any promise made in exchange for information. Keep promises.

The information-gathering business is a give-and-take practice with a lot of public officials. Some are willing to provide information only when it benefits them. When someone asks to provide information off the record, be sure the reason is not to boost her own position by undermining someone else’s, to even the score with a rival, to attack an opponent or to push a personal agenda. Media outlet practices vary, but journalists should not overlook the danger of legal problems and credibility damage from publishing anonymously sourced information that is not confirmed by public records or credible sources. Before journalists allow themselves to be used by an anonymous source they should be sure to question whether the news value warrants whatever the source hopes to accomplish.

Journalists should never take information off the record without the approval of a supervisor and an understanding of the news outlet’s policy. Some organizations do not allow anonymous sources except in the most vital news stories. Journalists also should make sure they and their source are talking about the same agreement. Does off-the-record mean the information can never be used, can be used if another source confirms the information on the record or public records substantiate, or simply the information can be used as long as the source’s name is not used (a city official, an employee of the football team, etc.) And publishing information without verification from multiple sources, even if they are all off the record, is a dangerous practice.

Agreeing not to attribute the information to the source and then breaking the promise has two negative consequences for journalists. First, it damages the credibility of the promise-breaker and the media outlet he or she works for. Others with important information may decline to provide information off or even on the record if the reporter is not trustworthy. And second, there is at least one instance in which a person lost his job because the reporter who promised him confidentiality broke it, and the unemployed source sued the newspaper and won.

The wisdom of using anonymous sources has been the subject of an ongoing debate in journalism for years. The “anonymous source tracker” at the website inkstainedwretch.com dispels any notion that anonymous sources are used rarely today. Reporters and editors must weigh the cost of relying on anonymous sources.

CONVERSATION ON TWITTER ABOUT DISABLED CHILDREN BEING TAKEN TO DRAKE HALL PRISON FOR PE

BLOCKED BY JAMES REEVES ON TWITTER

James Reeves has blocked me on Twitter because I was frantically trying to tell people who were proposing Michael Mansfield QC to take over the investigation that Baroness Elizabeth Butler Sloss has resigned from.

I kept trying to tell people that I had contacted Michael Mansfield QC a few year ago and begged him to investigate the institutional child abuse and cover ups, and the secret family court forced adoptions and fosterings, and the use of syndromes that were invented by American paedophiles in the UK secret family courts, and that Michael Mansfield refused to get involved.

I suggested Judith Reisman as the right person to take over the enquiry, as she has been campaigning against the Kinsey Institute for decades, but no-one wanted to know, and James Reeves has blocked me over this, claiming I was attacking him when I wasn't, all I was doing was urging him to listen to what I was saying about Michael Mansfield!

Its weird when people accuse you of attacking them when all you've tried to do is show them the truth, and thats why I am posting the photo I took of what he said to me on Twitter, as it doesn't make any sense to me that he's treating me like this, but I also had the same thing when I tried to tell him and others about John Hemming.

I feel sad about posting this as James is a victim of child abuse as well, but I'm just not going to let them treat me like this any more, sidelining me, ignoring me when I try to tell them the truth, and falsely accusing me of being aggressive.

"I am looking forward to a new challenging and exciting role.

"I leave Staffordshire Police very proud of the men and women who keep people safe and reassured and I thank them for their outstanding work. I look to use the privileges and experiences I have enjoyed as a police officer to assist me in my future work."

Mr Cunningham, a former teacher, joined Lancashire Police in 1987 and rose through the ranks over the next 20 years, becoming Deputy Chief Constable in 2007.

He was appointed Chief Constable of Staffordshire Police in September, 2009 drawing a salary of £139,931 although his pay, including pension contributions, amounted to £183,741.

He is replacing Roger Baker, who has been HM Inspector of Constabulary since September 2009. He will be one of four people to hold the post.

Announcing Mr Cunningham's appointment, Mrs May said: "Mike brings a wealth of expertise and experience from his career in the police that will be invaluable in his new role and I look forward to working with him in the future."

HM Chief Inspector of Constabulary Thomas Winsor added: "I look forward to Mike joining the Inspectorate and to working with him. He joins at an exciting and demanding time, as HMIC undergoes a significant expansion of its workload as we design and carry out our programme of annual all-force inspections on police efficiency."

Mr Cunningham's deputy Jayne Sawyer will take over as Staffordshire Police's interim chief constable.

Staffordshire Police and Crime Commissioner Matthew Ellis said: "While I am sad that Mike is going, it is a great opportunity for him personally and also for the policing landscape nationally because of his extensive experience and expertise.

"Mike is an excellent chief constable and I've thoroughly enjoyed working so closely with him during the last 18 months."

Barry Lehaney and the censored search results

I've been reading about Christine and Neil Hamilton, and came accross this:

http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&frm=1&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CCAQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fnews.bbc.co.uk%2F2%2Fhi%2Fuk_news%2Fengland%2F2910473.stm&ei=_i7MU6X0GcSg7AaV2YHoBQ&usg=AFQjCNEkpMZ_khAu2RSoSRVCS4wQBTnHtw&sig2=8ydmeUCN4j7Yzqhjae-rww

Hamilton trial man admits criminal past

Barry Lehaney was angry at allegations he raped Ms Milroy-Sloan

The man accused of rape by the woman who also made sexual assault allegations against Neil and Christine Hamilton trial has admitted in court to an "extensive criminal record".

Pensioner Barry Lehaney made the admission to a jury at the Old Bailey in London on Wednesday, during his examination by defence counsel Martin Heslop QC.

Mr Lehaney was giving evidence in the trial of Nadine Milroy-Sloan, 29, of Grimsby, Lincolnshire, who denies two offences of perverting the course of justice in May 2001.

Mr Lehaney was accused of rape by the trainee college lecturer, who claimed she was sexually assaulted by two people she was led to believe were the former Tory MP and his wife.

Mr Lehaney said he had convictions for drugs charges after Mr Heslop told the court: "You have got an extensive criminal record and have been to prison on a number of occasions."

Mr Lehaney said he had been sent to prison in 1968, claiming he had been convicted by a corrupt policeman, but denied claims he had lived off immoral earnings.

He also became angry after being accused of raping Ms Milroy-Sloan after giving her a 'date rape' drug, saying the claims were "total rubbish".

Ms Milroy-Sloan has alleged Mr Lehaney raped her after calling in two people she believed were the Hamiltons.

Ms Milroy-Sloan denies perverting the course of justice

Mr Lehaney said he had been exchanging e-mails with Ms Milroy-Sloan for six months before they met..

She called herself "Sexy-babe" while he posed as "Lady Joan" and "Foxy Jan".

Mr Lehaney told the court that he also told her that he worked as a chauffeur to "Sir James and Lady Joan Hamilton", fictitious characters.

He said he had first met up with Ms Milroy-Sloan in May 2001 and told her the characters were made up.

He told the court on Tuesday she had believed the pair were the Hamiltons.

The Hamiltons, who have been cleared of sexual assault allegations, will not be appearing in court.

As well as clearing the Hamiltons, police dropped any action against Mr Lehaney.

The trial continues.

Barry Lehaney's past caught up with him when police knocked on his door following Nadine Milroy-Sloan's complaint of rape.

For the 62-year-old disabled pensioner with a taste for Internet porn had a criminal record dating back half a century.

He had been in court in every decade since and was once shot in the leg by his ex-wife on a police station's steps. In 1980, he was extradited to Australia accused of stealing the Prime Minister's wife's jewels. He was not prosecuted because the jewellery turned up.

He had used other names in the past, including Hamilton and Mason. "It is nothing to be proud of. I have paid the price for it," he said.

Following the rape allegation, it was three months before Mr Lehaney, pictured right, who had let Milroy-Sloan stay overnight in his flat, was told he was in the clear.

He had a hard job talking his way out of the allegations, with his criminal record, the fact that some sexual activity had taken place and drugs associated with sex were found in his bathroom.

Mr Lehaney said he had contacted Milroy-Sloan in a chatroom where women exchanged their sexual fantasies.

He had pretended to be Lady Joan Hamilton and had sent Milroy-Sloan a picture of a naked model called Kimberly standing by a fireplace. This, he said, was meant to be Lady Joan, the wife of a Sir James Hamilton.

He had also exchanged e-mails posing as the couple's chauffeur.

They exchanged explicit sexual messages, with Milroy-Sloan using the name Sexybabe.

Mr Lehaney said what he was doing was harmless fun. He denied suggesting his Hamiltons were Neil and Christine Hamilton.

And he reacted angrily when the rape claim was put to him. He said he would be physically incapable of doing what he was accused of because he had arthritis and other medical conditions.

Milroy-Sloan had contacted him and they went to his flat in Ilford, Essex, after a trip to Tesco and a meal. He said he had taken Viagra but went to bed on his own after being "totally bored" by Milroy-Sloan. The next day, she performed a sexual act on him before leaving.

He woke up the following day to find police knocking at his door. His watch and some money were missing. He said: "I am just starting to re-live this nightmare. I am starting to feel a bit of hate."

Lehaney said Milroy-Sloan had wanted to meet Lady Joan at his home. He told her: "She is not here, she does not exist."

Milroy-Sloan said her friend had told her that Lady Joan was Christine Hamilton.

Lehaney, a former financial adviser, continued: "I said 'Don't be stupid, look at the photos', but she wanted it to be.

"Her operation was to make a few quid out of it."

OPEN LETTER TO STEPHEN FRY

Dear Stephen,

I am quite sure you read this blog, certainly some of your close friends do, so I thought the easiest way to send you a letter would be to do it on my blog.

I know you suffer from depression, so do I, I suffer from PTSD, because of the abuse I suffered as a child, and the reabuse since. Depression is a horrible thing, like a dark tunnel that you can't see light at the end of, it is very frightening.

I like to watch Highway to Heaven with Michael Landon and Victor French, it is a beautiful program, both those men were flawed, as all human beings are, but both were Christian believers who loved God, they couldn't have made such a program if they had been otherwise. I don't know if you have seen that program but if you haven't you should have a look at it, its being broadcast on the UK True Entertainment channel (61 where I live) and you can get it on DVD. I am sure you already do have a copy of the Holy Bible.

Watching that program made by those two Holy Spirit inspired yet flawed Christian men has put it in my mind to do this open letter to you.

Do you want to be truly free of your re-occuring depression? Why don't you ask Jesus to forgive you for blaspheming against him, you have done, by comparing him with Oscar Wilde, making out that Oscar Wilde was a Christlike figure. Oscar Wilde was a man tormented by his own sin, what he did was evil, and instead of repenting of his sin he tried to blag it out, and now people are making him into some sort of hero, instead of shunning him in terror, as one of the unsaved!

I'm not going to compare you to Oscar Wilde, because you have a concience and its so obviously pricking you. THATS whats causing your depression, and that concience is a gift from God, given to you to prick you into turning from the things that are wanting to pull you into wickedness and damnation. We all have a concience, its proof of Gods love, and we can all choose wether to listen to that concience or to ignore it - that is the free choice that God has given to all of us.

I am urging you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, I am praying for your soul. I don't hate you Stephen, even though your involvement with Stafford Police and these dodgy awards has affected me personally, thanks to the Lord speaking to me via that old television series I realise that whatever happens to me in this world I have the blessed assurance of eternal life in paradise, so anything that happens to me here is only temporal, sad as it is, I have all eternity to make up for the vale of tears in this life. Jesus said we were to bless even our enemies, to turn the other cheek and to pray for those who persecute us, to TRULY wish to share the Bread of Heaven even with those who persecute us.

I hope you will get to read this and to fully understand what I am trying to say

With the love of Jesus Christ, BarbaraRichards aka Zoompad

Under his leadership and guidance, Staffordshire partners have developed a fully joined-up approach to safeguarding vulnerable adults and children. Nationally he has led the service during a period of significant focus and scrutiny in his role as lead for Professional Standards. More recently he has taken the lead for the National Policing Workforce Development Business Area.
Mike’s achievements within the police service have been recognised at the highest level, and he was awarded a Queens Police Medal in the New Year’s Honours list for 2013. Prior to joining the Police, he graduated from the University of Durham with a degree in Theology in 1984 and became a teacher.
His police career began when he joined Lancashire Constabulary in 1987. He was operational across the constabulary area in a number of different ranks and became Blackpool’s Divisional Commander in 2002.
Having successfully completed the Strategic Command Course in Bramshill Police College in November 2005, he returned to Lancashire Constabulary as Assistant Chief Constable taking responsibility for operational policing across Lancashire. He was appointed Deputy Chief Constable in August 2007.
He has a wide range of experience in operational policing, having been responsible for six territorial divisions and developing neighbourhood policing in Lancashire. His portfolio also included specialist operations, the investigation of serious and organised crime, and counter-terrorism. During his service with Lancashire Constabulary, he was known for his strong commitment to diversity as evidenced by his determination to take on the role of ACPO Lead for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) issues. Professor Peter Turnbull
Peter Turnbull is Professor of Human Resource Management & Labour Relations at Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University. He previously held posts at the Universities of Leeds, Warwick and London School of Economics, and visiting posts at the Universities of Queen’s (Belfast), La Trobe, Melbourne, Monash, Sydney, Auckland (UT) and Washington (Seattle). He is the author/editor of several books including The Dynamics of Employee Relations (Palgrave), Reassessing Human Resource Management (Sage) and Reassessing the Employment Relationship (Palgrave) as well as more than fifty academic papers and numerous reports for national and international organisations and agencies. Professor Turnbull is an Academic Fellow of the CIPD and a member of the ACAS Arbitration Panel.
PCC Gwent, Ian Johnston QPM
Ian Johnston served as a police officer for 33 years in Gwent. He served as Head of CID in Gwent for 4 years and was the Senior Investigating Officer on many high profile cases.
He then took up a national role with the Police Superintendents’ Association of England and Wales serving as President of the organisation from 2007-2010. Having retired as a Superintendent, Ian successfully stood as an independent candidate in the 2012 PCC elections and now represents the policing needs for the population of Gwent.
Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Constabulary, Tom Winsor
In October 2012, Mr Winsor was appointed as Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Constabulary. He is the first holder of that office to come from a non-policing background. Mr Winsor graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1979 and is a lawyer admitted to practise in both Scotland and England and Wales. In private practice, he specialised in complex commercial projects, finance, public law and the design and operation of economic and safety regulatory systems for essential public services such as energy, water and transport. He was a partner in major commercial law firms in the City of London. Between 1999 and 2004, Mr Winsor was the Rail Regulator and International Rail Regulator, the economic regulatory authority for the railways in Great Britain.
Between October 2010 and March 2012, Mr Winsor carried out a review of the pay and conditions of service of police officers and police staff in England and Wales. The review was carried out at the request of the Home Secretary and was the most comprehensive for more than 30 years. It recommended the replacement of pay scales based on time service with a system of pay advancement according to skills and contribution, direct entry to the police at senior ranks, fitness testing and the replacement of the statutory apparatus for the determination of police pay. Legislation to implement a significant proportion of Mr Winsor’s recommendations was passed in March 2014.
Inspector Michael Brown
Michael has had a severe and enduring interest in policing and mental health – ever since he realised that he didn’t know what he was doing in this area of work. He has been a police officer for sixteen years, mainly front-line operational roles in Birmingham, but he spent three years working full-time on mental health projects for West Midlands Police, ACPO and the former NPIA.
He was instrumental in setting up six “s136 Place of Safety” services, including one in Birmingham specifically for children, and these were highlighted in 2010 by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and the Care Quality Commission, as national best practice. This has reduced the number of people being taken to police cells by 97% for which he was commended by his Chief Constable in 2012. Michael started writing the “MentalHealthCop” blog in 2011 – a series of articles and legislative summaries exploring the venn diagram of policing, mental health and criminal justice. For this, Stephen Fry presented him with the Mark Hanson Digital Media Award from mental health charity Mind in 2012. He lectures on the MSc in Forensic Mental Health degree at the University of Birmingham and on undergraduate training for paramedics and mental health nurses.

BUTLER SLOSS CALLED THIS VILE PAEDOPHILE A "VALUABLE AND IMPORTANT WITNESS"

THIS IS A REPOSTING FROM SPOTLIGHT ON ABUSE, THANKS TO THE PEOPLE THERE FOR THIS, I DIDNT REALISE UNDERWAGER HAD BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CLEVELAND CHILD ABUSE INVESTIGATION:

Baroness Butler-Sloss and her ‘valuable and important witness’

American ‘child abuse expert’ Ralph Underwager gave evidence, oral and written, to the Cleveland Child Abuse Inquiry in 1987 and was described by the chairman, Lord Justice Butler-Sloss as a “valuable and important witness.” In his oral evidence he asserted the following as proven by research:-

- Abused children are not secretive: cannot feel shame or embarrassment before the age of 9 or 11
- The recidivism rate for abusers is 1% to 2%
- Anal assault was the most rare and infrequent form of abuse and then only occurs with perpetrators who are “rather crazy”
- Abused children are not threatened
- 5% of claims of abuse are probably well founded, as judged by the conviction rate
- There is no therapeutic benefit in an abused child expressing their feelings afterwards to a psychiatrist. He said he regarded his views as mainstream.

Recently Dr Underwager said in an Internet exchange that he had treated victims of sexual abuse since 1953 and in all that time had never met one who blamed themselves for the abuse by thinking they had invited the abuse or was a bad person.

Ralph Underwager and his wife, Hollida Wakefield believe that “ill founded, intrusive, and destructive state intervention in the lives of families and individuals under the cloak of saving children from abuse is a serious widespread problem.”

(Accuracy About Abuse – Info Sheet 8, September 1995. By Marjorie Orr)

Ralph Underwager

Ralph Underwager was exposed by an interview he gave to a European paedophile magazine called Paidika, in which he said child sexual abuse was “God’s Will”.

Here are some extracts from the interview, which can be found here:

Underwager: Paedophiles can boldly and courageously affirm what they choose. They can say that what they want is to find the best way to love….Paedophiles can make the assertion that the pursuit of intimacy and love is what they choose. With boldness they can say, “I believe this is in fact part of God’s will

Paidika: Is choosing paedophilia for you a responsible choice for the individuals?

Underwager: Certainly it is responsible. What I have been struck by as I have come to know more about and understand people who choose paedophilia is that they let themselves be too much defined by other people. That is usually an essentially negative definition. Paedophiles spend a lot of time and energy defending their choice. I don’t think that a paedophile needs to do that. Paedophiles can boldly and courageously affirm what they choose. They can say that what they want is to find the best way to love. I am also a theologian and as a theologian, I believe it is God’s will that there be closeness and intimacy, unity of the flesh, between people. A paedophile can say: “This closeness is possible for me within the choices that I’ve made.”
Paedophiles are too defensive. They go around saying, “You people out there are saying that what I choose is bad, that it’s no good. You’re putting me in prison, you’re doing all these terrible things to me. I have to define my love as being in some way or other illicit.” What I think is that paedophiles can make the assertion that the pursuit of intimacy and love is what they choose. With boldness, they can say, “I believe this is in fact part of God’s will.” They have the right to make these statements for themselves as personal choices. Now whether or not they can persuade other people they are right is another matter (laughs).

LEON BRITTAN GOOGLE SEARCHES ARE BEING CENSORED!

Hope Bishop Brightly won't mind but I'm reposting this from his blog as this needs to be seen by as many people as possible, I've learned from experience that just putting up links isn't good enough, because they get taken down:

Leon Brittan – Who Was His PPS in 1984?

UPDATE: Robin Harris it turns out was his advisor, not his PPS. His PPS was Sir Brian Cubbon who was permanent secretary to the home office.

Leon Brittan today released a statement about his knowledge of the evidence submitted to him by Geoffrey Dickens MP in 1984:

“As I recall, he came to my room at the Home Office with a substantial bundle of papers. As is normal practice, my Private Secretary would have been present at the meeting.

I told Mr Dickens that I would ensure that the papers were looked at carefully by the Home Office and acted on as necessary.

Following the meeting, I asked my officials to look carefully at the material contained in the papers provided and report back to me if they considered that any action needed to be taken by the Home Office.

In addition I asked my officials to consider a referral to another Government Department, such as the Attorney General’s Department, if that was appropriate.

This was the normal procedure for handling material presented to the Home Secretary. I do not recall being contacted further about these matters by Home Office officials or by Mr Dickens or by anyone else.”

In 1984 it appears his PPS was a chap called Robin Harris, who went on to write a book about his apparent heroine Margaret Thatcher. Mr Harris was a close confidant of Thatcher for years. He was also David Cameron’s first boss. Mr Harris was apparently unaware that Sir Peter Morrison was a paedophile and unaware of the allegations surrounding Margarets own father, which were themselves covered-up.

Harris had this to say on Morrison:

“As a contest with Heseltine was declared, another fatal mistake was made by Thatcher’s team — giving the day-to-day running of her campaign to her Parliamentary aide Peter Morrison.

Conservative MPs constitute the most elusive and mendacious electorate imaginable. To learn their opinions requires reserves of guile. To influence them requires unremitting effort. Peter Morrison had neither.

He had, anyway, been a strange choice as her parliamentary private secretary. The job typically requires someone personally loyal, in touch with parliamentary opinion, a natural gossip who can, when necessary, control his tongue: in vulgar terms, a ‘nark’.

Morrison — whom she had appointed because she felt sorry for him when he proved not to be up to a ministerial career — was indeed loyal and he also quite liked to gossip, at least over a drink. But that was the problem. He not only drank, he was an alcoholic. By lunchtime he was drunk on vodka and tonic.

Even sober he was intellectually incapable, often woozy, sometimes asleep. Perhaps to compensate, he had developed an insistently jovial manner and had convinced himself that any problem could be solved by cheering people up.

From his optimism stemmed complacency, which added to his general inadequacy. He had no judgement, though he prided himself on having it, and so he was constantly surprised by events. And it was on this man that Mrs Thatcher had to rely in her darkest hour.”

So Mr Harris knew Morrison’s character very well it appears. But obviously he didn’t know he liked young boys.

It appears everyone knows everyone but nobody ever knows anything….

If you Google “Leon Brittan Robin harris” you get this:

“Some results may have been removed under data protection law in Europe.“

NOW WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THAT?

—————————-

SOURCE:

“When Brittan became Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Robin Harris was already a special adviser in the Treasury and he gradually gravitated towards Brittan. On becoming Home Secretary in 1983 Brittan took Harris with him and thought the aide/confidant role was important.”

Could Sir Leon Brittan Clear Something Up For Us?

Today, Sir Leon Brittan has stated:

“This was the normal procedure for handling material presented to the home secretary. I do not recall being contacted further about these matters by Home Office officials or by Mr Dickens or by anyone else.”

Yet, according to the Guardian (funny some people claim the Gaurdian isn’t covering the CSA stories):

“The Home Office commissioned an independent review last year into what information it received about organised child sex abuse between 1979 and 1999.

The review found information had been dealt with properly.

It disclosed that material received from Dickens in November 1983 and January 1984 had not been retained.

However, a letter was sent from Brittan to Dickens on 20 March 1984 explaining what had been done in relation to the files.

According to an extract in the review report, the home secretary wrote: “You drew my attention to a number of allegations concerning paedophilia when you called here on 23 November and in subsequent letters.

“I am now able to tell you that, in general terms, the view of the director of public prosecutions is that two of the letters you forwarded could form the basis for inquiries by the police and they are now being passed to the appropriate authorities.“”

Does that not directly contradict Sir Leon’s statement released today? It suggests there were TWO lots of information supplied by Dickens, not just one “dossier” and two lots of contact to present that information, not one. It also clearly shows that there was a documented follow-up from Leon Brittan.

It was also acknowledged by Leon Brittan that there had been “subsequent letters”.

Far from “not being contacted further” it appears Leon brittan actively suggested that the content warranted criminal investigation, and that he had an ongoing written and verbal conversation lasting several months with Mr Dickens.

The Elm Guest House Money Men

Someone was really happy to support the Kasir’s at Elm guest house.

They helped with their advertising, they arranged events, they made money from the sauna facilities they put in there.

That someone was the men who “worked” together in a limited company called RAWRO Investments Limited.

.

The Paedophile Lovers.

This article from Capital Gay, the gay paper that went out of its way to hide the paedophilia all around, published this stirring piece during the Kasir’s whirlwind prior to their trial:

The important part is this:

“Paul Rinehart says the future of Partner Sauna (Ltd) is on the line. He and his lover own 90% of the company….”

The first thing to note is that there has never been a UK limited company called “Partners Sauna”, so you immediately see the smoke and mirrors that were routinely used by these men.

The next piece of smoke and mirrors is that Paul Rinehart, or Captain Paul Rinehart as he sometimes styled himself, was not even called Paul Rinehart. Neither was he a captain. His real name was Michael Stuart Rowe. Despite the claim made by the somewhat unreliable Carole Kasir, who had her own part in the Elm scandal to consider, Rowe was not part of MI5.

In case you hadn’t already guessed, there are more smoke and mirrors in just that one sentence quoted above. The company they owned 90% of was not Partners Sauna Ltd – you cannot own 90% of nothing. But Michael Stuart Rowe and his lover Ralph A Williams did own RAWRO (Ralph A Williams & Rowe) Ltd.

.

How RAWRO Managed Paedophilia At Elm Guest House.

John Oakes, who helped Chris Fay to compile the memories of Carole Kasir, noted of RAWRO that:

“John reckons they are really dodgy & a right pair of perverts.”

It is unknown why Ralph Williams was a pervert, however, a court transcript from an unrelated case in 1997 sheds some light on the past of Michael Stuart Rowe (AKA Paul Rinehart):

“The last thing I want to do is take action against a sick old man, my father, but why would he want to take action against me? He sexually abused me from the age of 8 so I fell into the hands of a paedophile ring. He and I therefore have scores to settle.”

It is a shame that none of the boys abused by Rowe and his pals have yet settled their own scores for the paedophile ring that Rowe and others led them into.

The Kasir notes leaked by Mary Moss state that “Terry Dwyer & John Rowe persuaded Carol Kasir to change her guest house to a gay one. Introduced her to a South African from Holland called Peter Glencross who runs a paedophile magazine called ‘Spartacus.” From that we can see that RAWRO were linked closely to Spartacus. This is reinforced in the notes when we read that “Glencross stays with Rowe in UK.”.

Peter Glencross was the “Advertising and distribution national sales agent” for Spartacus in the UK. This is a copy of his business card:

So you can now see how RAWRO and Spartacus had teamed up to control Elm guest house. RAWRO supplied the sauna facilities and did the local legwork with the paedophile-loving Capital Gay and Gay News magazines, while Glencross spread the word globally through Spartacus publications. There was money to be made in Elm guest house and these men were making it, along with the people in the care system who were passing the poor little children along to people like Terry Dwyer, who then pimped them to the politicians that the Police are refusing to arrest.

But more than that, RAWRO were part of the UK hub that trafficked children to the continent. “Captain” Paul Rinehart, AKA Michael Stuart Rowe, I suspect styled himself as such due to entries in the Kasir notes such as these:

“John Rowe. Organised trips Holland for Monday Club, also cruises. Has taken boys over there. Recruited via rent boy scene & Ruffell. Selected boys sent on ‘holiday’. Knows Tricker.”

“John Rowe took XX (Rusty) to Amsterdam June 1982.”

And this entry relating to a note at the top of a CGHE (Conservative Group For Homosexual Equality) newsletter:

“Dear John (Rowe) many thanks for your letter. I have now inserted the entry about the hotel but can’t find the text about the Dutch venture – could you please let me have another copy? Pete.”

I suspect his seafaring nod and wink was more to do with ability to smuggle children abroad to be raped and murdered, than for his ability to control a boat.

.

Hiding In Plain Sight.

It is therefore obvious that the men who were shareholders in RAWRO should be of interest to the Police in Operation Fernbridge. So who were they?

As I mentioned earlier, in 1997 Rowe/Rinehart was involved in a court case, the transcript of which is available online here. What is interesting is that tucked away within that transcript is a passing reference to Rowe and some previous business partners:

“Those observations by the respondent are set in the context of the pre-1990 litigation to which the Attorney-General also refers. It is sufficient to summarise that litigation by saying that nine separate actions were brought against a man called Adrian Jones who had been at one time the respondent’s business partner, three were brought against Martin Roberts and Ashley Wright who were friends of Jones and all of those actions were either ultimately unsuccessful or not proceeded with.“

So now we have some names. Adrian Jones, Martin Roberts and Ashley Wright. I know, I know, they could be completely unrelated to Elm guest house and RAWRO.

Well actually they are.

One of the documents leaked by Mary Moss was a letter from RAWRO to Capital Gay magazine. The bottom of which is clearly visible:

As you can see, one of the directors is listed as “A. Jones”. That would be our new friend Adrian Jones. Adrian Jones who is mates with Martin Roberts and Ashley Wright, who all know Captain Paul Rinehart, AKA Michael Stuart Rowe. The other name is Howard Gwynne.

It appears that Rowe was unhappy with Jones and the others. The court transcript seems to be referring to RAWRO money:

“The Attorney-General draws attention to letters written to him by Mr Jones on 11th March 1989 and by Mr Wright and Mr Roberts on 2nd October 1989 describing the manner in which they said that they had been harassed by litigation on the part of the respondent which had caused them the considerable distress which is set out in those letters. The Attorney-General also refers to a letter dated 28th January 1990 to the High Court District Registry in Croydon purporting to be signed by Paul Rinehart and referring to funds said to be available to Captain Rowe. “

Perhaps the funds for Captain Rowe were related to the Dutch ventures?

.

Dear Operation Fernbridge.

Far from it for me to tell you how to suck eggs, the directors of RAWRO limited, Michal Rowe, Ralph Williams, Howard Gwynne, Adrian Jones, Martin Roberts and Ashley Wright should be persons of great interest to you as there is clear evidence that they are related to the Elm guest house scandal.

Rowe still lives in London. Considering his part in Elm guest house and his links to Tricker, who helped him ferry kids to Amsterdam to be murdered, you bloody well should be arresting him.

If you think the Police should be pulling their fingers out of their arses, contact them and tell them. You could, while you are pointing them towards Mr Rowe, also ask who is actually in charge of Operation Fernbridge now. Don’t hold your breath though, they have not responded to my requests to know

RAWRO, Spartacus & The Chain Of Filth

In my last piece about RAWRO, Spartacus and Elm Guest House, I outlined the people involved and the relationships between them in relation to the running of Elm Guest House as a paedophile brothel.

Now I Want to go a step further and tell you more about the reality of what was happening at Elm Guest House, what their plans were and reveal the scope of what was being planned. Little of what I am about to tell you is not already in the public domain thanks to the Moss leak and the detective work of many people. However, everything I write here is accurate.

.

I’m Just A Patsy.

The widely held view amongst those who are following the Elm Guest House scandal is that Carole Kasir was an innocent patsy. She, as Mary Moss stated, was blind to what was going on.

That unfortunately is completely untrue.

Carole Kasir was well aware of what was going on in her guest house, more than that, she saw it as a money making scheme and wanted to expand operations.

John Anthony Rowe is the brother of Michael Stuart Rowe, AKA Paul Rinehart. Not many people are aware that John Rowe was friends with Carole Kasir right up until her death and supplied her with money at various times. If you had been in the position of having your eyes opened to what was going on under your nose, why would you remain “friends” with one of those people?

.

King & Queens.

In October 1981 Elm Guest House held a “Kings & Queens” party. A lot of senior people attended and children were present and sexually abused.

It was on this occasion that the photo’s of several senior people in compromising positions were taken in the Sauna room funded by Rowe and RAWRO. In order to completely dispel the myth of Carole Kasir as an innocent, the person who took those photo’s, with the full knowledge and agreement of those present was….Carole Kasir.

The Police were passed those photo’s in 1989 by Carole Kasir and they still have them. Operation Fernbridge are in possession of cast iron evidence of who was doing what and to whom at Elm Guest House in 1981.

It was at this party that John Rowe and Peter Glencross of Spartacus discussed their grand plans with Carole.

Elm Guest House was the test. The prototype. The blueprint. Despite the brazen activites, it was still running and making money. The Gay press for some strange reason were happy to run their adverts advertising Spartacus discounts. Everything was “hunky-dory”.

Rowe and Glencross therefore wanted to extend the model countrywide.

They wanted the Kasirs to be the “innocent” gay-friendly front who would open dozens of guest houses around the country, in places where the care system was already infiltrated by their associates.

Spartacus would do the publicity and send the child abusers to their doors while RAWRO franchised the “facilities” – saunas, video equipment and sadomasochistic items. All for the pleasure of powerful men and the destruction of innocent children.

But their plans extended beyond the UK borders. The “Dutch venture” would allow Spartacus to organise, through Russell Tricker’s company, Toff’s Travel, to traffic children in and out and transport the punters to venues across international orders. Tricker was also well funded, but discussion of how is for another time.

.

Rich Man’s World.

So where was the money to come from for all this? As I have said, RAWRO is key to unlocking the scandal of Elm Guest House. You won’t find company accounts for them, you won’t find ANYTHING about them in terms of financial or structural company information.

But what we do know is that RAWRO was the front for the money men. Their main job in the grand expansion plan was to get the financial backers together.

At the Kings & Queens party, Carole Kasir was told that funding had been agreed by a group of backers. Some of the names of those backers are already known: the directors of RAWRO and Spartacus.

More troubling is the other names that were mentioned, senior members of the Paedophile Information Exchange for example, some of whom were enjoying the Elm Guest House facilities themselves. You won’t find their names on the guest lists leaked by Mary Moss, but rest assured they were there.

Rowe assured Carole that £250,000 pounds worth of investment had already been agreed.

Bearing in mind this was 1981, that is a LOT of money. Your average man in the street does not have that sort of money. But rich men, powerful men, men in positions of authority in our country do have that sort of money for their “hobbies”.

.

Time For Justice To Be Done.

Thankfully, the Police raid on Elm Guest House scared off the backers and scattered the infrastructure of RAWRO and Spartacus. As we already know, Spartacus retreated overseas while RAWRO fell apart in recriminations and arguments over money.

Money earned from abusing children.

The names of those involved in RAWRO and Spartacus are known to everyone who is closely following the Elm story. It’s not classified information, it’s widely available through their own arrogance and later arguments resulting in court transcriptions revealing them.

But who were those other financial backers and whose money were they using to back the grand plan?

I can’t tell you any names here. But I can assure you that the news organisations and individuals who are trying to get justice this time have now been made aware and are passing what is known onto the Operation Fairbank.

JUSTICE MUST BE DONE THIS TIME.
