My claim is that I was unlawfully oppressed – by a civil service structure that was grossly incompetent in child protection – and which was responsible for a vast catalogue of child protection failures so common, they were almost routine, and that stretched back over decades.
The civil servants needed to oppress me in an attempt to prevent me exposing their failure.
I therefore need to show two things on the evidence:
1: That I was the victim of a conspiracy back in 2007.
2: That there was, indeed, a catalogue of gross failure by Jersey’s child “protection” apparatus.
Evidence for point-1:
The JCPC meeting.
Related e-mails.
The letter from Le Feuvre.
The fact it was faxed from Peter Crill House.
E-mail from a senior manager confirming it was Marnie Baudains who wrote the Le Feuvre letter.
Demonstrably untrue letter from Pollard to H & SS staff.
Alteration of meeting dates by the CoM, thus denying me due-process.
Phil Bailhache blocking publication of my ‘Ministerial Comments’.
File-note by Alison Fossey.
File-note by Graham Power.
Evidence for point-2:
The Sharp report.
The Kathy Bull report.
The illegal oppression of Simon Bellwood.
Various evidential documents that show Simon was unlawfully oppressed.
The ‘Grand-Prix” policy.
The actual experiences of some young men who were unlawfully abused via months of solitary confinement in Les Chenes.
The testimony of many, many different victims of Jersey’s child abuse disaster.
The Dylan Southern report.
The letter from Le Feuvre ‘thanking’ the Maguires.
The police chronology of the 1998 cover-up.
The police chronology of the 2008 cover-up.
The police assessment of the legal issues arising from the failure to prosecute the Maguires.
ACPO 1
ACPO 2
ACPO ¾
The Williamson report – and its weakness in contrast with the facts.
The Bridget Shaw report.
The Napier report.
The Howard League Report.
Graham Power's affidavit.
Lenny Harper's affidavit.
That’s just a quick run-through of some of the key evidence.
