I don't know if this is the same person being referred to, but the Labour MP Paul Boateng was the first Minister for Young People, and his Wikepedia entry is very interesting, look at this:
"With Labour's victory, Boateng became the UK's first black government minister as Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department of Health, where he was responsible for social services and mental health. In that position, he published guidelines to end the denial of adoptions purely on the basis of race.[5]
In 1998 Boateng became a Minister of State at the Home Office and subsequently became Number 2 Minister at the home Office. He was made a Privy Councilor in 1999. He earned a reputation for being tough on crime, particularly with regards to aggressive begging on the streets.[6] He also worked with Eric Holder, who was then Deputy Attorney General, and Louis Freeh, then Director of the FBI on issues related to international drug trafficking and interdiction.[7]
His portfolio was expanded in 2000, and he became the first Minister for Young People, where his priority was to listen to and be a voice for Britain's youth.[8] He launched the Youth, Citizenship and Social Change programme, then the UK's largest research project designed to examine social exclusion and promoting citizenship among young people.[9] He also played a leading role in establishing and launching the £450m Children's Fund designed to tackle child poverty.[10] Boateng's ministerial colleagues encouraged him to stand as the Labour candidate to be the Mayor of London; however, he ruled himself out and strongly criticised his former GLC colleague Ken Livingstone. Boateng supported the candidacy of Frank Dobson, with whom he had served in the Department of Health."

He obviously had his fingers stuck in his ears when I wrote to him and told him all about what the Secret (therefore illegal) Family Courts were doing, stressing the living daylights out of my son, forcing him to have a corrupt solicitor (Inderjit Thind of Burrell Jenkins in Cannock) for nigh on 18 months that my sone was never even allowed to meet!
I know I wrote to him, because I wrote to ALL of them, every politician in the British isles at least 10 times! ALL of them!
Our family went to hell and back because of those Secret (therefore illegal) Family Court creatures, and I am STILL "not over it" despite all their bullying expectations that I ought to be, because they are still bullying my family (my daughter and her partner, ATOSSERS, IT partners of the British Buggery Club) so how the bloody heck am I supposed to "get over it" when the same gangsters have their talons in my daughter? Its all one big evil gang, they just have different names for different sections of it, same gang though.
My daughter is a very gentle and sweet person, like a child.
Those blasted arseholes see her as easy prey.
And yes, I know exactly who is spying on me. That "paranoid" quip a couple of days ago didn't go unnoticed either.
Doctors are supposed to do no harm. You should remember that, because you will have to answer for everything you do on this earth one day, in the Great Judgement.
God is not a fool.
i remember paul boateng from when i worked in the labour party, he was chosen because he was black, he was totally incompetent, and the most boring old waffler you ever met, and believe me at that time the labour party was chock full of them.
we always suspccted he was a poof.
I will be removing the two comments above, which have been posted under the names of Sylvia Marston (mrs) 20th June 2013 10:38 and Colin Bracewell Surrey 20th June 2013 10:56 because I recognise the (probably Stella induced) handiwork of the Troll from the Blog of Doom - the Jersey Murder Farce Blog.
If he thinks I am going to fall for him pulling a McAlpine on me he can dream on.
Job done!
I'm surprised at you Lee Woo, as I thought trolls mainly lived in smelly swamps under bridges trying to catch Billy Goats a crossing.
