Welcome to the Seckford Foundation

The Seckford Foundation excels in the education and care of the young and elderly in an area surrounding the town of Woodbridge, Suffolk.

Originally founded in the 16th century with an endowment from an Elizabethan lawyer, Thomas Seckford, throughout its history the Foundation has been committed to creating a role that looks forward to the future.

The Objects of the Charity are realised through:

•the provision of high quality professional care at the Seckford Almshouses, which offer sheltered, very sheltered, residential care and day care in modern and bright accommodation in the centre of town;
•the advancement of education at Woodbridge School, a thriving co-educational community of over 900 pupils at Queen's House (4-6); The Abbey (7-11) and the Senior School (11-18);
•financial and administrative support of individuals, organisations and initiatives in the local community;
•the operation of free schools in Beccles and Saxmundham, Suffolk schools for 11-16 year olds financed by central government which provide an alternative to local high schools; and
•leadership within the not for profit sector.

Board and Committee structure

The Board of Governors meets formally four times a year for the purpose of supervising the running of the Foundation and providing it with strategic direction. To assist in achieving the aims and objectives of the Charity the Governors have formed three principal committees - Care and Grants; School; and Finance and Audit – each of which has the power, subject to Board approval, to add three co-opted members with particular expertise relevant to the business of that committee. In addition, an Investment sub committee exists to monitor the performance of the Foundation’s external investment fund manager; a Nominations committee reviews the skillset of the board and identifies and recommends the appointment of new Governors; and the Compliance and Quality Assurance committee ensures the Foundation has in place appropriate systems and processes to monitor compliance and procure quality improvement.

The Foundation’s Free Schools are the responsibility of the Seckford Foundation Free School Trust, a separate charity which reports to the Governors.

How a paedophile murder inquiry fell apart (October 2000)

The Guardian, October 2000
by Nick Davies

A year after Bristol police finally started to unravel the ring of paedophiles in the city who had been abusing children for up to twenty years, they came across an informant who opened up a new and alarming line of inquiry.

The man, who himself had a long history of sexually abusing boys, told them that the paedophiles they were investigating had been spending a lot of time in Amsterdam, where they had become involved with a group of exiled British child abusers who had succeeded in commercialising their sexual obsession. They were trafficking boys from other countries; running legitimate gay brothels and selling the under-aged boys ‘under the counter’ and through escort agencies; they had branched out into the production of hard-core child pornography. And they had killed some of them.

One boy had simply been shot through the head, the informant said: he had been causing trouble and had been executed in front of several paedophiles in the basement of a club in the city centre. Another, about whom he knew very little, he believed had been thrown into one of the canals. But the one about whom he spoke the most – the one who seemed to haunt him – was a boy who had been tortured and killed in the most painful and bloody fashion in the course of producing a pornographic video. The informant said he had seen most of the video himself. He said he had vomited before he could reach the end.

Someone left a comment on my reposting of this:

"When will the police take action.
Now I've mentioned him before but there's a guy called Canon Kevan McCormack, google his name followed by freemasonry and then try knights Templar, you will see he is a very senior mason, provincial grand chaplain no less, who taught at the Royal hospital school, Holbrook along with Simon Warr.
Google Holbrook and Suffolk Freemasons and you will see that each year the masons hold a meeting there.
Kevan is on the Suffolk Freemasons website.
Googling the man will throw up the fact that he's a governor of woodbridge school, their prep school the abbey had a paedophile convicted there back in the 90s, a nick ballantyne"

I have to post this somewhere:

EVIDENCE of widespread drug use inside the Houses of Parliament is exposed by The Sun today.

Undercover reporters found traces of cocaine in NINE different toilets in the historic palace where our laws are made.

They included cubicles just yards from MPs’ offices — in areas where public visitors have no access.

Traces of the Class A drug were also found in toilets shared with guests enjoying receptions at Parliament’s riverside bars.

The findings suggest the drug is regularly being snorted at both the Commons and the Lords — with users defying airport-style security checks and a 500-strong team of cops and security officers.

That list of governors reads like a who's who of Suffolk, Kevan taught with Simon Warr who is currently on bail for sex offences, they taught a royal hospital school together, and Warr is accused of abusing children at St georges with Derek Slade, all those likes McCormack has to the judiciary as well.

And local councils, it's obviously a ring, yet the police don't act.

Well done Zoompad you found a huge link to a lot of things, looks like it's all coming out.

Don't jump to hasty conclusions though, bear in mind that the paedophiles and human traffickers like to creep in amongst innocent people, like weeds amongst the wheat.

"The Guardian - 'True scandal of the child abusers'. June 6, 1996;-

‘From East Belfast's Kincora Boys' Home, via Leicestershire, Staffordshire and London, to the children's homes of Clwyd, we have witnessed 25 years of cover-up. Cover-up, not to protect the innocent but to protect the regularly named elements of the British establishment who surface whenever widespread evidence of child abuse is exposed.

From the public schools right through to the Catholic and Anglican churches, child abuse has been allowed a special place of sanctuary... Social workers, police, security services, local and national political figures remain the common factors in the fall-out from the [child abuse] inquiries...

In case after case the cycle is described - a child is 'taken into care', then abused in a home, handed on to an outside paedophile ring and out on to the rent-boy/prostitution circuit beyond, if they live that long... Journalists find themselves battling first with authority, then with the libel laws, to publish the truth about a vast web of abuse.’"

"4.4 Threats by the Sir Ronald Waterhouse of High Court Proceedings for Contempt if journalists or the media mentioned the allegations made during the Inquiry against VIP paedophiles and the ring to which they belonged prevented media exposure of the ring. These threats caused a halt to investigation into the ring.

4.5 The more disturbing effect of protecting elite paedophiles with anonymity was that many victims were afraid to testify against them to the Tribunal. Victims claim that they had been burgled, had their vehicles interfered with and threatened with being murdered or suicided if they talked. For years their complaints of abuse had gone unheard and they claimed that members of the paedophile ring were protected by the North Wales Police.

4.6 It seems that the Waterhouse Inquiry primarily considered the conduct of the staff at the children’s homes and did not look too far beyond this to the wider picture of abuse perpetrated by the paedophile ring operating outside these establishments. A paedophile ring which evidentially included high profile individuals.

4.7 Nick Davies of the Guardian wrote in 1996 that:-

“Policemen, social workers and prominent public figures have been accused of belonging to a paedophile ring which indulged in a relentless campaign of physical and sexual abuse in children’s homes in North Wales. The names of the alleged members of the ring have been given by witnesses in public sessions of the North Wales Child Abuse Tribunal, but they have been suppressed by the tribunal’s chairman, Sir Ronald Waterhouse QC, who has threatened the media with High Court proceedings if they print them,”

4.8 Then there are the linked issues of the Paedophile Information Exchange(PIE) and Peter Righton who was a childcare consultant for the National Children’s Bureau and then Director of Education at the prestigious National Institute of Social Work in London which had some direct influence over policy matters under the Thatcher government before he lost his reputation when he was convicted in 1992 on charges of importing and distributing illegal pornographic material (for which he was fined £900). The Organisation to which Peter Righton belonged had links to extremely disturbing child abuse, even murder and child pornography including snuff videos. This well connected organisation had links to the Foreign Office and the Home Office. It was the duty of the tribunal to investigate Peter Righton’s and PIE’s possible links to the scandal of children abused in care in North Wales.”

"4.9.1

What struck me and everyone involved was the extent of the cover-up and the organisations involved in the cover-up. These included the police, the judiciary, the crown prosecution service, hospitals, councils and social services. The crucial organisation involved, fully aware of all the sordid details and without whom the cover-up could not have continued was the NWP

4.9.2

The Terms of Reference or the interpretation of the Terms of Reference excluded the investigation of Government and its various agencies complicity in the cover-up of child abuse. This prevented proper investigation into allegations of child abuse and the subsequent cover-up. People in the following groups were protected.

a) Senior Politicians,

b) Legal Professionals including judges,

c) Businessmen,

d) Police Officers,

e) Entertainers,

f) Paedophile offenders in the wider network for example the Peter Righton and Jimmy Savile’s network.

4.9.3

Individuals from these groups (Ref 4.9.2 above) named by survivors who were not questioned or investigated about the allegations were certainly protected by the Inquiry. The information about the wider paedophile network and individual paedophiles was not passed on to any other investigating body, as far as I am aware. Certainly Sir Jimmy Savile would have been apprehended and prosecuted and many children saved if information had been acted upon."

Zoompad said...

"5.6 The decades of sexual, physical and mental abuse of children in the Care Homes and Approved Schools under consideration were not only for the gratification of perverse sexual and sadistic desires of a group of paedophiles but this abuse was also extremely lucrative.

5.7 Large amounts of public funds were paid to paedophiles to run the establishments. All the running costs of maintaining a supply of children available to be sold to VIP paedophiles and available for the making of child pornography was funded by the State.

5.8 Vast profits come from the procurement of children for the child sex trade and lucrative child porn trade. Although the NWP were fully aware of both the abuse and the child sex trade they failed to take proper action to arrest the criminals involved in this sophisticated organised crime or stop the exploitation of societies most vulnerable children.

5.9 Tragically the NWP actually protected elite paedophiles, NWP Officers were named by the survivors of this horrific abuse and not one was charged. Despite the Fact that the paedophile network was identified during the Waterhouse Inquiry and highlighted in the resulting Report ‘Lost in Care’ the NWP failed to take any action. Lessons certainly were not learned and those responsible for the cover-up were left in place to infect the system of child care.

5.10 Court Orders destruction of evidence

5.10.1 Damming evidence, in the form of Photographs, of the sexual abuse was ordered by the Court to be destroyed. This protected the paedophiles in the photographs and prevented proper investigation into the paedophile ring.

5.10.2 Sian Griffiths disclosed in November 2012 to the Mirror that:- “Photographs of men abusing boys in the North Wales paedophile scandal were deliberately destroyed by the authorities. Sian Griffiths worked for Clwyd Council in the

inquiry office on the 1994 Jillings and six years later on the Waterhouse inquiry which looked into the systematic abuse at the children’s homes. She said “We were supplied with copies of court documents…there was an order made for the book of photos to be destroyed.”

The Review has an opportunity to take evidence from Sian Griffiths so as to develop a more comprehensive view of the culture which created a situation where the Court itself ordered the destruction of vital evidence against paedophiles."

Zoompad said...

"7.2 The climate in which witnesses, who did come forward, were expected to give evidence was not conducive to a fair inquiry. Vulnerable witnesses were not offered protection. They had not only suffered years of abuse at the hands of paedophiles but following this many had experienced threats and persecution from the NWP. The State agencies which protected their abusers from prosecution were ever ready to prosecute the vulnerable survivors for misdemeanours or invented crimes.

7.3 Mr Jillings former Director of Derbyshire Social Services whose report ‘the Jillings report’ into the Child abuse in North Wales Children’s Homes was pulped on the orders of the Council said he was “baffled by North Wales Police’ failure to cooperate with his investigation”.

7.4 Although the NWP were aware of both the abuse and the child sex trade they failed to take proper action to arrest the criminals involved in this sophisticated organised crime or stop the exploitation of societies most vulnerable children. Further to this they protected the VIP elite paedophiles and their own organisation. Nineteen Police officers were named by the survivors of this horrific abuse and not one was properly investigated or charged. There had been a number of failed Police investigations where paedophiles had escaped prosecution and victims had not been listened to.

7.5 Witnesses I spoke to were aware that VIP paedophiles, which the Inquiry was so clearly protecting from exposure and prosecution, were able to employ means through the police and other agencies to persecute them. It is not too farfetched to say that some were in fear for their lives."

Zoompad said...

"7.8 The witnesses had been taken as children by State agencies, in many instances with police involvement and placed in the hands of paedophiles by the State. They were then subjected to years of abuse and torture. If they escaped the NWP would bring them back to the paedophiles where they would be beaten and placed in solitary confinement."

THATS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME, BUT I WENT BESERK IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT, BECAUSE I HAVE ASPERGER SYNDROME AND THATS WHY I HAVE BEEN CALLED A NUTTER SO MANY TIMES, BUT I AM NOT A NUTTER BECAUSE PEOPLE WITH ASPERGER SYNDROME ARENT NUTTERS AT ALL ITS A GENETIC PROBLEM WITH OUR BRAINS, ANYWAY, I GET A THUNDERSTORM GOING OFF IN MY HEAD WHEN THERES TOO MUCH STRESS AND THATS WHAT HAPPENED IN THAT HORRIBLE HELL HOLE CHADSWELL ASSESSMENT CENTRE AND THATS WHY THEY PUT ME IN ST GEORGES PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL AGED 14 YEARS OLD, I ESCAPED FROM THE PAEDOPHILE GANGSTERS BECAUSE OF THAT AND IT WAS SAFER IN THE PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL THAN THERE BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T PAEDOPHILE GANGSTERS RUNNING THE PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL!

http://www.veteranstoday.com/2012/08/01/uk-intel-andrea-davidson-dr-david-kelly-julian-assange-and-other-key-stories/

"Dr David Kelly and Andrea Davison have several things in common both were experts on Biological Weapons and both were involved in the arms that went toIraqand WMD’s and both were whistleblowers.

Andrea was an intelligence adviser to the Trade and Industry Select Committee on Arms to Iraq and also gave evidence to Scott Inquiry into Arms to Iraq, It was her whistle blowing to the then opposition leader Niel Kinnock that revealed that the then Conservative Government were selling arms to Iraq. In December 2009 she was getting a file together to send to the Chilcot enquiry

David Kelly was allegedly ‘suicided’ in 2003 after meeting Andrew Gilligan, a BBC journalist who had spent some time writing about the war inBaghdad.. The Hutton enquiry was established to cover-up this dark deed and save Tony Blair embarrassment. For more details read http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-488667/Why-I-know-weapons-expert-Dr-David-Kelly-murdered-MP-spent-year-investigating-death.html

US Air Force officer Mai Pedersen’s, Dr Kelly’s friends and colleague recently wrote to the attorney general Dominic Grieve saying that Mr Kelly could not have committed suicide. Two weeks earlier Andrea Davison had written to Dominic Grieve asking him to look into the seizure of all her documents into Arms toIraq.

A spokesman for the Attorney General stated “The Attorney remains concerned about this issue and is keen to explore how the matter might be taken forward with ministerial colleagues.” No comment has been made about Andrea’s documents.

In January this year 13 male officers raided Andrea’s home with a warrant issued under the Proceeds of Crime Act. They took from the building everything of value, confiscating her passport, drivers licence. all the keys to her property and vehicles and 7000 documents about Arms toIraqamongst a treasure trove of other documents and valuables including her watch. 6 Months later none of these have been returned.

Following the raid, orgainsed by Derby Police in an effort to discredit her, Andrea’s home and car has been broken into. Her car tyres have been let down several times and doors that were locked have been opened and widows likewise. She has had three brake-ins that were reported to the police but no-one has been found.

Andrea is afraid she may be ‘suicided’ and cannot protect herself because in April the Court made her virtually penniless by issuing a Restraining Order. This Court Order prevents her from spending any of her own money and also invidiously prevents her paying for legal advice or assistance to challenge the Courts Order.. Without a passport and made penniless by the Order of the Court she feels they are driving her towards suicide but states they will not succeed.

———-

It also so happened that on the same day Andrea Davison again did her own second press release in relation to the death of Dr. David Kelly which was titled:

EVIDENCE SHOWS DR DAVID KELLY MAY HAVE BEEN MURDERED BY BROWNS GOVERNMENT

US Air Force Officer Mai Pederson who was part of Dr Kelly’s inspection team inIraqand his close friend until his death states Dr Kelly could not have killed himself.

Mai was previously prevented from giving evidence to the Hutton Inquiry the farcical cover-up arranged by Tony Blair to get himself of the hook. Mai emphatically states Dr Kelly 59 could not have cut his own wrists due to an elbow injury.

Writing to the New Attorney General Dominic Grieve Mai said that also Dr Kelly had difficulty swallowing pills, casting serious doubt on the Hutton Inquiry conclusion that he swallowed 29 painkillers before slitting his left wrist.

Mr Grieve who is known to be a fair and good man has already said he believes the case could merit a further inquiry.

Mr Grieve has also been asked to look into the case of Andrea Davison a former Arms Investigator and Intelligence adviser to the Trade and Industry Select Committee on arms toIraqwho’s house was raided in January 2010 by the Derby Police on spurious grounds. This raid resulted in the seizure of 7000 documents on arms toIraqsome of which were destined for the Chilcot Inquiry."

The prosecution said she was running a false document factory after she kept items from a mail drop service, including passports, as templates to recreate documents.
She was convicted unanimously of 26 charges by a jury at Mold Crown Court, who found her not guilty of one charge at the direction of the judge.

Judge Niclas Parry said Davison had made it clear at the start that she was not attending her trial, and information provided to the court indicated she was at an embassy in Ecuador seeking political asylum.
Davison had, he said, been convicted on overwhelming evidence of serious offences of fraud and dishonesty over many years. It was a breach of trust because people who trusted her with crucial personal information as part of a mail drop service had their privacy violated in a calculated and deliberate way.
Judge Parry said he was satisfied that she was a highly intelligent woman who used information she fraudulently obtained to repeatedly create false identification documents for the purpose of obtaining, potentially, many thousands of pounds worth of credit. It had left people devastated.
“The potential for loss was quite enormous,” he said.
The court heard how Derby Police economic crime unit raided Davison’s Felinheli home after documents uncovered in another fraud case were found to have come from her.
DC Stephen Winnard, commended by the judge for his work, said after the case: “What we found was a document factory at Felinheli, personal documents that could be used in any type of fraud. The end result of her actions is that many people lost their life savings through organised crime groups.”
Davison, 62, of Bangor Street, Felinheli, admitted much of what was alleged.
But she said she provided herself with false or virtual identification because she was trying to protect herself. People had been trying to kill her because of her previous covert work for the security services, she claimed in police interviews.
But she said a large number of people knew who she was and could verify who she was, including former prime minister Tony Blair.
In police interviews she said that she had been deeply involved in the arms to Iraq inquiry. She said she had become involved in the inquiry and many agencies and organisations were trying to kill her, while other agencies were trying to protect her.
Davison confirmed she had credit or bank accounts in other names but said they were all paid up. She spoke of providing virtual realities for other people and told how she ran an organisation called The Association for Former British Intelligence Officers.
Davison denied possessing copies of passports in connection with fraud, making a false Venezuelan passport, offering to supply false ID documents, possessing false utility bills and bank statements and falsifying the register of electors.

She also denied possessing false documents including four stamps purporting to be of official origin including one for the Republic of Panama, possessing a false driving licence in her name with a false date of birth, theft of the passport from the Passport Service, exposing banks and credit card companies to risk of fraud, money laundering, and a trademark offence centred on five watches alleged to have been Breitling watches. I wonder how many victims of institutional child abuse and whistleblowers have been jailed for refusing to put up and shut up?

What I do know is that I have had a bloody horrible time, virtually every time I set foot in that Secret Family Court wether it was Stafford Wolverhampton or Walsall I was threatened with jail if I committed Contempt of Court (not having really any idea of what Contempt of Court actually was) that went on over a 7 year period, they went to extraordinary lengths to make sure I was terrified, even though the first judge Judge Shand knew perfectly well I was telling the truth about Pindown BECAUSE HE WAS THE VERY SAME JUDGE WHO JAILED THOMAS WATSON (ONE OF THE CHADSWELL PAEDO GANGSTER SMALL FRY) FOR ABUSING BOYS:

http://www.corpun.com/ukr00203.htm

Judge Shand knew that, but I had no idea at all that he was the same judge I only found that out about a year or so ago.

They are so bloody crafty, and cruel. They had me screaming and crying, and even then, even then they were mocking me and threatening me!!!!!

They bogged me down with cartloads of paperwork, because I was writing frantically to everyone I could think of for help, HELP! HELP! HELP! I was crying from morning to night, and hardly sleeping, I grew so exhausted and ill, I ended up in hospital with pneumonia because of the stress.

Zoompad,

God is with you, they are evil and they are coming for us all, we must all speak out.

We will not be silent is out new mantra.

Yes we all have sheer hell to live through again, but I am free, I am no longer a slave, some of us have made it out,, everyone just keep speakig out, they can't silence us all, and remember people are now wondering if it will be their children next, themselves next, it's soon going to be over.

We don't live forever, but whilst here we must speak out and make sure people are told what's happened to us, when we go home to glory, Jesus will greet us personally and give us all a place to live in forever in comfort and safety.

God is with us, in this time of trouble I have put my faith in god, and right glad Zoompad is to hear this. My only concern is to be square and level with god, he does not want abuse covered up.

Take heart all abuse survivors, god is with us, he will mark out foreheads when we return to him as a sign that we spoke out.

Understand people, you abused the wrong person

Doncaster Council is to become the first local authority to be stripped of control of children's services, following a "legacy of failure".

The education secretary Michael Gove said an independent trust would run services, which have been supervised by government since 2009, from next year.

A report said a "decisive break" was needed to move on from failings that saw seven children die in five years.

The Mayor of Doncaster, Ros Jones, said she was "deeply disappointed".

The new trust will take over all children's social work and care operations, while the council would retain responsibility for schools and education.

In March 2009, the government ordered a takeover of Doncaster's children's services following the deaths of seven children in the district through abuse or neglect over five years.

Less than a year later a serious case review found the attacks in the nearby town of Edlington in which two young boys were tortured by two brothers, aged 11 and 12, had been "preventable".

The new report said: "There needs to be a line drawn under the historic failure, a separation that permits the development of a new culture - one of development, improvement and innovation, instead of one of frustration, disillusion and stagnation."

Many thought Doncaster's reputation could not get any worse. It just did.

The council now has the distinction of being the first ever to have its children's services department forcibly removed and handed over to an independent trust.

Question marks about the council stretch back nearly a decade, but after the government took control in 2009 there are people asking whether ministers could have done more to turn the department around.

According to the report the new independent body will be set up by April but there are concerns that timescale is too tight.

Trade unions will be concerned about the rights of staff who will be transferred to the new organisation, but the report does try to allay fears about the service being privatised.

The council wanted more time to prove they could turn children's services around but the clock just stopping ticking and this is a fundamental change in how Doncaster keeps children safe.

The review, commissioned by Education Secretary Michael Gove, was written by academic Julian Le Grand, Alan Wood, the director of children's services in Hackney, and Dame Moira Gibb, chair of the Social Work Reform Board.

Writing to Mrs Jones, Mr Gove said: "Given this assessment, I agree with the recommendations and will now seek to put them into effect."

He said he hoped the trust would be operational by April 2014 and that Mr Wood would be appointed to oversee the transfer of power from the council to the new body.

"The review panel recommends that, when improvements to the service are secure and confidence in Doncaster Council's ability to deliver children's social care functions is gained, those services should return to council control," he wrote.

"My intention is therefore to establish the trust for a 10-year period, with a review point after five years.

"Progress of both the trust and the council's capacity to deliver its functions can be assessed at that stage and a decision taken as to whether the continue."

Mr Gove pledged £250,000 to the council to contribute towards the costs of running children's services in the interim.

Mrs Jones, who was elected as mayor of Doncaster in May and immediately announced she would prioritise children's services, said the report had not given her administration a chance to act.

She said: "We will do what's best for the children of Doncaster and would never walk away from it.

"I believe that internally we could have actually worked along, got everyone on board and started turning around what is a mammoth ship.

"I'm deeply disappointed. We will do what's needed in order to make sure our kids are safe but I believe that this is too presumptuous.

"They've not given us a chance with the people that we've brought in with a national reputation of turning round children's services to take it forward."

In June the council announced private consultancy firm Impower would take over management of the department from 1 July as the authority's "improvement partner" under the direction of Eleanor Brazil.

Ms Brazil was interim deputy director of children and families services following the death of Peter Connelly, also known as Baby P, in 2007 after social workers missed signs of abuse.

The report said it favoured an independent trust over a private sector partner model as, while more costly to set up, it could be "tailor-made" for Doncaster, less disruptive to staff, and, if set up as a not-for-profit organisation would "allay public concerns about the risk of privatisation".
